摘要:目的:探讨电针疗法减轻缺血脑组织病理损伤的可能作用机理。方法:采用改良线栓法
制备局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,电针“百会”、“水沟”、“足三里”穴,通过逆转录聚合
酶链反应(RT-PCR)法半定量测定各组 Survivin mRNA 的表达。结果:电针组病理改变较相
同时相模型组病理改变较轻。相同时相电针组 Survivin mRNA 的表达比模型组均要高,差
异均具有统计学意义(P<)。结论:电针疗法可有效减轻缺血脑组织的病理损伤,其作用机
理可能与增加缺血脑组织 Survivin mRNA 的表达有关。

Abstract: Objective:Probe into the effect of electro-acupuncture therapy reducing ischemic brain
