河南省篮球传统项目学校人才培养现状与分析

本文通过运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑推理法等研究方法,
对影响河南省篮球传统项目学校人才培养的因素(河南省篮球传统项目学校的组
织管理情况、训练与比赛情况、教练员情况、运动员情况及经费与场地的情况)
等方面进行深入细致的调查与分析。经过研究得出以下结论:
1、河南省篮球传统项目学校整体数目较少,省级的只有 16 所。学校布局主
要集中在经济发达的中北部地区,经济薄弱地区的篮球传统项目学校建设有待加
强;
2、河南省篮球传统项目学校中教练员队伍的学历结构和职称结构较合理;
最高运动等级以及执教年限方面略有不足,文章发表数目较少;河南省篮球传统
项目学校教练员训练补贴较少;
3、河南省篮球传统项目学校中运动员运动员文化课学习成绩整体较差;影
响文化课学习的因素主要为没有养成良好的学习习惯和受训练的影响两个方面。
河南省篮球传统项目学校中运动员的主要意向(参训动机)以考入高等院校为主,
其次是提高篮球技术,第三是进入专业队;
4、河南省篮球传统项目学校管理状况整体情况较好。90%学校设立队员档案
制度,30%具有岗位责任制度,人事制度、考核制度及奖惩制度在部分学校当中
都有设立。财务管理制度设置尚不完善;教练员选拔制度中社会参与度较小。篮
球传统项目学校梯队建设有待加强;在运动员选材方面,大部分学校有考核制度,
部分学校还是凭借教练员经验选材;
5、河南省篮球传统项目学校中有部分学校具备完整完整的、系统的、长期
的训练计划作为理论指导,但有部分篮球传统校对后备人才的培养缺乏长期的规
划性。篮球传统校每年参加比赛数量相对较少;
6、河南省篮球传统项目学校的经费来源渠道单一,大多数学校经费来源以
学校专项拨款为主,其他经费来源比重太小。大部分学校场地能满足其训练需要,
但受天气因素影响较大。

Abstract
Through the integrated use of literature, investigation, statistics, logical
reasoning and other research methods, the influence of Henan Traditional Schools
Basketball Training factors (Henan Traditional Schools anization
management, Training petition , coaches status, athletes and funding status
of the situation with the site), and other aspects of thorough and meticulous
investigation and analysis. After the study concluded as follows:
1、Henan Province, the overall number of school basketball less traditional items,
only 16 provincial level, the proportion of poor primary and secondary schools
more. More rational layout of the school, mainly in the economically developed
north-central region, economically weak areas of traditional basketball school
construction project needs to be strengthened;
