第36届欧洲男篮锦标赛八强队中锋投篮技术运用研究

摘要
欧洲男子篮球运动近年来发展迅速,已经成为世界篮坛的一个重要流派,
在近几年的国际大赛中都有欧洲球队战胜美国队,使美国队一枝独秀的局面被打
破。2002 年有 3 支欧洲队打进世锦赛八强,2004 和 2008 年分别有 4 支欧洲队进
入奥运会八强,而 2006 年则占据了世锦赛八强中的六席,其中西班牙和希腊分
获冠亚军,显示了欧洲篮球强大的整体实力。欧洲男子篮球队是以高度优势、对
抗激烈、防守凶狠、投篮准确且以整体型作战为主要特点,并通过运用灵活跑位,
大范围移动的整体篮球战术在国际大赛中取得优异成绩。
第 36 届欧洲男子篮球锦标赛聚集了欧洲的各支强队及其优秀运动员,本文
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、录像观察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方
法,对第 36 届欧锦赛八强队中锋队员投篮技术运用的指标进行统计分析,研究
结论如下:
36 届欧洲男篮锦标赛八强队中锋队员投篮前的抢位接球技术以频繁移
动抢位接球为主,固定抢位接球为辅。
36 届欧洲男篮锦标赛八强队中锋队员的投篮方式多样化,包括近中远
距离跳投、篮下贴身挤靠投篮、补篮、扣篮、低手投篮、反手投篮、勾手以及抛
投等,各种投篮技术动作规范,具有灵活多变的技术运用能力。
36 届欧洲男篮锦标赛八强队中锋队员的投篮区域以限制区及其两侧近
篮区为主,且具有较高的命中率,队员在激烈对抗下创造、把握投篮机会的能力
以及投篮意识较强,心理调控能力较强。

积极创造投篮机会主动得分,熟练运用各种投篮技术。

Abstract
