物业管理系统的设计与实现
摘要
随着计算机技术的普及应用,现代城市中的居民小区也广泛地引入了信息管理机制。本文以Visual Basic Server 2000作为开发工具,设计了一套针对现代小区物业管理的信息化平台,主要实现了业主信息管理、物管费用管理、业主投诉管理和小区设备的运维管理等模块。
业主信息管理智能化,将会大大减小手工管理业主信息所产生的信息量,同样也可以使查询整理更加方便,不会因为过多的资料堆积而影响查询速度。物管费用管理智能化的好处在于,可以在最大程度上避免手工计费所造成的计算错误,同时能够更精确的管理各个费用数据。业主投诉管理实现智能化管理的好处在于,能够更详细更方便的查看投诉内容及时间,同样也可以免除过多的纸张资料的堆积。将小区设备的运维管理添加进物业管理系统中,是考虑到设备的类别和种类较多,进行智能化管理将会缩小信息量,避免资料的堆积,也方便查询和维护。

The Design and Realization of the Estate Management System
Abstract
Along with the popularization application of puter technology, the information management mechanism has been widely introduced in the modern city inhabitant plot. The paper is took the development kit by Visual Basic and SQL Server 2000 , designed a set of estate management informationization platform which in the view of the modern plot,mainly realized the modules of the owner information management, the tube expense management, the owner has sued the management and the plot equipment transports Uygur to manage and so on.
The intellectualization of owner information management, will be able to reduce the information content which is great in the way of handmade manages, and it’s also can make the see about and trim expediently, will not affect the speed of inquiry which caused by the stack of excessively material. The advantage of intellectualization the thing tube expense management lies in, may in the greatest degree avoid the miscalculation which the manual cost creates, also can manage each cost data accurately. The advantage of intellectualization the host suit management lies in, can look over the suit content and the time more and more detailedly and conveniently, similarly also may avoid stack of the excessively many paper
