本世纪头二十年,是我国现代化建设的重要战略机遇期,加速产业结构优化升级和
增长方式转变成为落实科学发展观的一项重要战略任务。本文在对石家庄工业经济进行
了大量的统计性描述的基础上,运用因子分析法和层次分析法,对石家庄市工业经济结
构的现状进行了深入的分析,并结合石家庄市工业结构的特点,对今后一个时期石家庄
市工业主导产业和优势产业的选择和工业结构优化升级等问题进行了深入研究,对完善
工业结构产业政策进行了有益的探索。
本文首先介绍了产业、产业结构调整及产业政策的概念及相关理论,从产业结构的
角度解读石家庄工业结构的现状,接着通过因子分析法和聚类分析法对石家庄工业结构
进行了深层次的研究,分析石家庄市工业行业的优势与不足。然后,运用层次分析法对
石家庄工业各个行业进行了主导产业和优势产业的选择与分析,剖析石家庄工业结构的
内在特征。在此基础上,按照新时期对工业结构调整政策的要求,提出了石家庄工业结
构优化升级的政策建议。
本文旨在为石家庄市培育壮大主导产业和优势产业,加快工业结构优化升级,增强
工业的竞争优势提供科学的指导和建议,同时也为地方产业结构调整提供参考。

Abstract
Abstract
In the first two decades of this century, there is an important period of strategic
opportunities for Chinese modernization, accelerating the upgrading of the industrial structure
and the growth mode for carrying out scientific development view e an important
strategic task. In this paper, Shijiazhuang industrial economy is conducted on the basis of
statistical description, applying the factor analysis method and analytic hierarchy process
(AHP) to elaborate the industrial economic structure in Shijiazhuang. Combining the
characteristics of Shijiazhuang industrial structure for the next period, this paper make a
choice to find industrial dominant industry and advantage industry in Shijiazhuang, then find
some solutions for the problems such as the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,
and make a beneficial exploration of the industrial policies to improve industrial structure.
This paper first introduced the industry, industrial structure adjustment, industrial policy
and relevant theory, secondly elaborated the present situation of industrial structure in
Shijiazhuang in the view of concept of the industrial structure, then applied the factor analysis
and cluster analysis to industrial structure of Shijiazhuang, analyzed the Shijiazhuang city
industry advantages and disadvantages.
