摘要:提出了测定公路旁土壤中铅、镉含量的方法。采用湿法消解样品,通过添加基体改进剂减少复杂基体的影响,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定了公路旁土壤中铅、镉的含量。方法用于土壤标准样品的分析,及铅、镉加标回收试验,%~%、%~%之间,%~%、%~%之间。

[Abstract] Proposed for the determination of lead in roadside soil, a method for the determination of cadmium。Using wet digestion of samples,by adding a modifier to reduce plexity of the matrix effects,Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric method for the determination of the lead in roadside soil, cadmium content。Method for soil standard sample analysis,and lead, cadmium recovery test,RSD were % ~ %, % ~ %,recovery rate were % ~ %, % ~ %.

随着城市生活垃圾和工业“三废”的不合理排放,以及城市边缘带农化产品的高强度使用,均将对土壤质量以及农产品质量安全构成严重威胁(2)。为此,对土壤中重金属铅、镉含量的测定有重大意义。
目前对土壤中铅、镉污染测定的主要方法有比色法、极谱法、阳极溶出伏安法、原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光谱法、原子发射光谱法、磁测法等(3)。土壤样品处理方法有干法消解、湿法消解、微波消解、高压消解等(3)。本工作采用湿法消解、石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定了
