文档介绍:上海交通大学工程硕士研究生学位论文- 2 -种生产理论运用中可以起到平稳过渡的作用。因此,本文在分析上述MRPⅡ,JIT及TOC等生产管理理论的各自的特点和局限,结合SMT生产自身特点的基础上,探讨相互结合综合解决SMT企业生产管理问题的可能。针对SMT生产中特定的物料流动,分析设计了SMT生产管理系统来较好地解决SMT生产问题。的构架体系下,结合Oracle数据库实现C/S结构。主要的数据逻辑处理交由Oracle的存储过程来实现。除了通常的PC部分外,对于制造现场的实际需要, Compact Framework的手持PDA部分。生产现场需要的看板部分则采用了MVC架构的Struts来实现。本文分四章对基于物料管理(MM)思想的SMT生产管理系统进行了论述。第一章介绍了SMT生产和当今常用生产理论的现状以及研究的内容和意义。第二章具体分析了各种常用管理理论的优缺点以及在SMT生产中所能发挥的作用,通过适当的理论结合,联系SMT生产的实际特点,提出基于MM思想的SMT生产管理系统的构想。第三章提出了基于MM思想的SMT生产管理系统结构的构建思路,给出了系统的架构及管理理论的应用。第四章讨论此生产管理系统的具体实现策略和相关细节,并用实例进行实验验证。最后对本文进行了总结,并提出了未来的改进方向。关键词:SMT,物料,MRPⅡ,JIT,TOC上海交通大学工程硕士研究生学位论文- 3 -MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF SMTMANUFACTURE BASED ON THE THOUGHTOF MATERIAL MANAGEMENTABSTRACTThe Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is the technology which usingthe SMT special-purpose ponents to produce electric circuitpanel. PCB has e an essential element in the modern electronicindustry and holds the key position puter Science, Communication,Consumer Electronics and Automobile Electronics etc. However, research sofar has mainly focused on the details of production technology and falls shortof the production management. For example, some factories even lack ofbarcode management. They use manual management rather than informationsystem management. This thesis is aimed to address this with the development of the industrial production, the productionmanagement theories e into being and widely adopted.
