文档介绍：上海交通大学工程硕士研究生学位论文- 2 -种生产理论运用中可以起到平稳过渡的作用。因此,本文在分析上述MRPⅡ,JIT及TOC等生产管理理论的各自的特点和局限,结合SMT生产自身特点的基础上,探讨相互结合综合解决SMT企业生产管理问题的可能。针对SMT生产中特定的物料流动,分析设计了SMT生产管理系统来较好地解决SMT生产问题。的构架体系下,结合Oracle数据库实现C/S结构。主要的数据逻辑处理交由Oracle的存储过程来实现。除了通常的PC部分外,对于制造现场的实际需要, Compact Framework的手持PDA部分。生产现场需要的看板部分则采用了MVC架构的Struts来实现。本文分四章对基于物料管理(MM)思想的SMT生产管理系统进行了论述。第一章介绍了SMT生产和当今常用生产理论的现状以及研究的内容和意义。第二章具体分析了各种常用管理理论的优缺点以及在SMT生产中所能发挥的作用,通过适当的理论结合,联系SMT生产的实际特点,提出基于MM思想的SMT生产管理系统的构想。第三章提出了基于MM思想的SMT生产管理系统结构的构建思路,给出了系统的架构及管理理论的应用。第四章讨论此生产管理系统的具体实现策略和相关细节,并用实例进行实验验证。最后对本文进行了总结,并提出了未来的改进方向。关键词:SMT,物料,MRPⅡ,JIT,TOC上海交通大学工程硕士研究生学位论文- 3 -MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF SMTMANUFACTURE BASED ON THE THOUGHTOF MATERIAL MANAGEMENTABSTRACTThe Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is the technology which usingthe SMT special-purpose ponents to produce electric circuitpanel.
