复合砂浆钢丝网叠合板抗弯性能试验研究
摘要
叠合板作为楼盖结构的一种形式,近年来在我国发展很快,叠合板具有现浇
板和预制板综合的优势,已经在建筑和桥梁结构等领域得到越来越多的应用,取
得了显著的技术经济效益和社会效益。目前压型钢板-混凝土组合板是叠合板中使
用最多的一种,但是这种叠合板用钢量较大,并且界面存在滑移影响。本文按照
这种叠合板的形式,用复合砂浆钢丝网薄板代替压型钢板,来解决上述问题,进
行了复合砂浆钢丝网叠合板的试验研究。
本文根据钢丝网在预制底板放置层数不同及后浇混凝土是否布筋,共做了 12
块板的试验研究。通过 3 块复合砂浆钢丝网底板来研究底板的特性,分两批做叠
合板的试验,第一批是 5 块一次受力叠合板,第二批是 4 块二次受力叠合板。
本文的主要研究成果如下:
(1)通过对复合砂浆钢丝网底板的均布加载试验,对含不同层数的钢丝网水
泥砂浆底板开裂荷载、极限荷载、挠度进行分析研究,推导建立了相关的计算公
式;通过验算证明复合砂浆钢丝网底板在没有支撑的情况下作为永久性底模是可
行的。
(2)研究钢丝网层数不同以及后浇混凝土是否布筋等参数变化时,对钢丝网
水泥砂浆叠合板的影响,推导建立适合钢丝网水泥砂浆叠合板的开裂荷载、极限
荷载、挠度、裂缝宽度计算公式。
(3)通过非线性分析,建立弯矩-曲率关系,通过比较计算挠度、极限荷载
与试验实测挠度、极限荷载,发现计算值与试验值较吻合,说明所建立的模型能
反映叠合板的本质工作状态。
(4)在试验过程中,底板与后浇板之间没有发生滑移,说明叠合板具有良好
的整体工作性能。
(5)对复合砂浆钢丝网叠合板与现浇板进行了算例分析,得到复合砂浆钢丝
网叠合板比现浇板要经济。

Abstract
Nowadays, posite slab, as a kind of important floor structure, which holds
merits of the perform slab structure and the cast slab structure, has been widely used in
the filed of the building and the bridge resulting in remarkable social and economic
profitability. Now profiled sheeting posite slab is used the most, but this
composite slab uses a lot of steel and has shear slip between the steel slab and the
concrete slab. According to its shape, we’ll solve these problems by using reinforced
concrete slab with ferrocement instead of profiled sheeting posite slab.
In this paper, the bending behavior of perform underplate posite slab with
steel wire mesh was experimentally investigated. Based on the different number of
layers wire mesh and whether late cast-in-place concrete contain reinforcing steel or
not, 12 slabs were tested. By 3 perform underplates with steel wire mesh, we research
their characteristic. Composite slabs were investigated in two batches. posite
slabs were tested by once force-bearing; posite slabs considering secondary load.
