摘要
单向板的受弯构件加固方法中粘钢和粘贴碳纤维片材的施工工艺简单施
工效率高波形齿夹具是专用于 FRP 片材的夹具用波形齿夹具夹持碳纤维布端
部进行受弯加固是碳纤维布加固的一种全新尝试目前粘钢与碳纤维片材受弯
加固构件的极限承载力设计值计算公式已建立起来但所有公式都有一定局限性
本试验为单向混凝土适筋板抗弯加固研究板净跨 加固方法分别采用
以下三种第一种直接粘贴碳纤维布第二种将碳纤维布折叠成窄带粘贴在板底
端头用波形齿夹持第三种为粘钢并沿试件长度方向等间距植筋采用竖向静
力两点加载体系采用合适的剪跨试件全部为弯曲破坏
测得的试验数据主要有板跨中挠度加载千斤顶荷载板底纵筋跨中的应
变碳纤维布应变分布与钢带的应变分布
本文在试验所得数据的基础上讨论了已建立的正截面受弯承载力公式对于
单向板受弯加固的适用性同时对碳纤维布应变受拉钢筋跨中应变板跨中挠
度进行了分析初步讨论了碳纤维布剥离的发生过程以及不同加固方法对试件
延性的影响
本论文对碳纤维布施加预应力进行了初步尝试弄清了施加预应力与未加预
应力时波形齿夹具对碳纤维布的受力影响

ABSTRACT
Among methods of strengthening applied to one-way slab, Steel bonding and
CFRP is very effective ones. WSTG anchor is only used to FRP. It is attempted to
applied WSTG anchor to CFRP strengthening. CFRP has such overwhelming
peculiarities as high stretch strength, high modulus, light weight, which provide it
obvious priority to traditional styles of strengthening. So it has a brilliant prospect at the
market. Debonding failure is the most serious problem of all, which retard the progress
of CFRP strengthening. The damage of bond between CFRP and concrete leads to the
debonding failure of specimens, when the stress of CFRP is at the low level. Besides
applied to shear strengthening, U-strip can put off occur of debonding, which makes it
the necessary part in CFRP strengthening. However the function of U-strip is limitative,
and will debonb under higher load where shear cracks propagate.
WSTG anchor which only applied to FRP, came into being in the past months. It is
composed of top tooth, bottom tooth and lock device. FRP will never be pulled out,
using proper radius and depth, even under very high load, when the anchor is locked.
Stress concentration may not occur in the anchor. End debonding of CFRP is get rid of
when the anchor is used to fix the end of CFRP.
