Objectives: At the end of this session reservations sales agent will be knowing how to check reservations and outstanding details prior to the day of arrival.
目的: 在课程结束的时候预订部销售文员应懂得在客人到达之前如何
查看第二天的预抵和未解决的问题。
Standard : Reservation information will be checked and outstanding details will be confirmed prior to the day of arrival to ensure a smooth and professional check-in for the guest
标准: 在客人到达的前一天前应检查预订所有细节, 以保证一个顺利、专业性的入住登记手续。
