Task: Blacklist

Objectives: At the end of this session Reservation Sales associates will be aware of
those individuals, parties, companies or entities that are considered undesirable and may jeopardize the interest or cause loss to the hotel know how to handle this situation and familiar the reason why they are on the blacklist.
目的: 课程结束的时候预订部销售文员应知晓某些个人,团体和个人
被认为是不受欢迎,可能会损坏酒店利益,并知道如何处理这种
情况和为什么他们在黑名单上。
Standard : Reservation Sales associates will be constantly advised by the Credit Manager of those individuals, parties, companies or entities that are considered undesirable.
Upon approval by the General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing and the Financial Controller, the Credit Manager will produce and maintain a current list of those undesirable individuals, parties, companies and entities. The most updated list will be copied to Reservation Sales Department periodically.
Those on the list will be designated as such in the special field of the guest profile in Fidelio by the Credit Manager only. Acceptance of reservation requests for and from the listed will be subject to approval by the Hotel Manager or the General Manager.
