文档介绍:基于JX-300X的过程控制综合实验系统设计
摘要
浙大中控JX-300X DCS集散型控制系统,采用了当前最新的微机硬件技术和可靠成熟的软件,具有完整的过程控制功能、数据采集与监视功能和先进的控制算法。系统结构简单,通信网络采用冗余化的开放式结构,系统扩展灵活,可靠性高;所有卡件采用信号智能化调理技术,通过软件组态就可实现不同类型的信号调理。
本次设计就是利用浙大中控JX-300X集散系统,在实验室的A3000过程控制实验系统上,设计过程控制综合实验系统并实现集散控制。针对A3000这套系统,我选择了两种复杂的控制方案(包括三个控制回路),利用JX-300X集散系统对各个控制回
路进行总体信息组态,控制站组态,操作站组态等,并对系统进行调试。

Abstract
Zhejiang University were charged with JX - 300X DCS Distributed Control System, which used the latest technology puter hardware and software mature and reliable, with plete process control functions, data collection and monitoring functions and advanced control algorithms. The structure is simple, and works use redundancy of open architecture, flexible system expansion, and high reliability; Using the cards of all intelligent signal conditioning technology, and software configuration can achieve different kinds of signal conditioning.
The design is the use of Zhejiang University which were charged with JX - 300X DCS system, In laboratory experiments A3000 process control systems, Design integrated process control systems and experimental realization of distributed control. against the system of A3000, I chose plex control programs (including three control loop),and use JX - 300X DCS all right for the overall control loop configuration information, the station configuration, Operation Station configuration, and the system for debugging.
