文档介绍：江西师范大学硕士学位论文江西省城市现代化指标体系的建立与应用姓名:曾艳申请学位级别:硕士专业:区域经济学指导教师:吕桦20050401Y712243摘要内容摘要:现代化是一个动态的发展过程,它既是人类不断发展的文明标志,同时也是未来发展的趋势。城市的地位和作用决定了城市现代化是一个国家或地区现代化的核心,城市现代化作为城市发展的必然趋势,现已成为全国各大城市的追求目标。但是,城市现代化是一个长期过程,不可能一缴而就。目前世界各个国家和我国各个地区分别处于现代化的不同发展阶段,需要因地制宜,研究制定相应的现代化发展战略。因此,能否正确理解现代化和城市现代化的基本内涵,能否正确评价城市现代化的进程并选择城市现代化战略对策是一个具有现实意义和理论意义的课题。本文首先对现代化和城市现代化的理论和基本内涵进行探讨,在此基础上建立江西省城市现代化指标体系,并对江西省ii个设区市2002年的现代化水平进行综合评价,分析江西省城市现代化发展过程中存在的优势和不足,最后提出加快城市现代化发展的对策建议,希望能够对政府的政策制定和实施提供理论参考和借鉴。本文共分五个部分。第一部分弓}言。第二部分研究分析了20世纪50年代以来的世界现代化理论,指出不同的现代化理论体现了不同的现代化发展观,目前我国己经形成工业化和信息化并进、第一次现代化和第二次现代化并存的基本态势:同时对现代化和城市现代化的基本内涵进行探讨,指出我国的城市现代化必须紧跟世界潮流,在内涵上吸收当代先进的现代化理论和新的发展观。第三部分在对江西省现代化发展阶段基本定位的基础上,根据城市现代化指标体系建立的基本原则,建立了江西省城市现代化指标体系;同时参考了当今,并结合我国和江西省的具体情况确定了各具体指标的标准值。第四部分建立了江西省城市现代化水平综合评价模型,并运用该模型对江西省11个设区市2002年的现代化水平进行综合评价,得到这些城市2002年的现代化综合水平及其排名,最后对综合评价结果进行分析和比较。第五部分主要分析了这些城市在现代化发展过程中存在的问题与不足,并针对这些问题与不足,研究加速江西省城市现代化发展的战略对策。关键词:现代化城市现代化指标评价AbstractContent.
