文档介绍：分类号:U49;U510710-2009121417硕士学位论文哈尔滨龙运物流园区战略研究与规划设计王罡导师姓名职称陈红教授申请学位级别工学硕士学科专业名称交通运输规划与管理论文提交日期2012年04月25日论文答辩日期2012年06月08日学位授予单位长安大学Strategy Research and Planning of Harbin LongyunLogistics Park A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of MasterCandidate:Wang GangSupervisor:Prof. Chen HongChang’an University,Xi’an,ChinaI摘要随着我的提高,对于物流的需求总量和差异化功能都上升到更高的层次。在国内物流园区大力建设的过程中,不可避免地遇到了一系列问题,特别是物流园区缺乏明确的战略定位、园区规划与设计缺乏实效性导致投资结构不合理、物流园区运营模式单一、园区盈利水平低下、管理模式落后、物流成本偏高等。因此,对物流园区,尤其是大型物流园区深入地研究园区的发展战略与规划设计是非常必要的。本文以哈尔滨龙运物流园区为实例,以物流园区的战略与规划设计为重点,利用系统工程理论、市场营销理论、现代物流管理理论等全面、科学地进行了分析和研究,充分阐述的物流园区战略的思路和内涵,以及物流园区规划设计的具体方法和手段。本论文主要研究内容如下。通过对区位环境因素、社会经济环境因素、物流环境因素的系统分析,指出区位条件、交通条件、社会经济发展水平、产业结构及对外贸易等因素对哈尔滨龙运物流园区发展产生的影响,并对哈尔滨市物流企业发展存在的主要问题进行了剖析。针对各类相关市场的不同特性,深入分析不同市场对物流的多元化需求,重点分析了商贸流通业、制造业对于物流园区的不同功能需要,归纳了物流企业对物流园区的主要需求。利用掌握的统计数据,采用回归分析法、曲线拟合法和灰色预测法,对哈尔滨市货运总量、不同运输方式货运量和物流园区作业量分别进行了预测。通过SWOT分析法,具体针对哈尔滨龙运物流园区进行优势、劣势、机遇和挑战的深入分析,确立了哈尔滨龙运物流园区的总体战略,给出了物流园区具体发展战略。在明确物流园区规划设计的思路基础上,设定园区的主要功能,并进行物流园区空间布局设计。同时,给出了物流园区内外交通组织方案。关键词:龙运物流园区;发展战略;预测;规划设计;经营模式IIAbstractAlong with the rapid growth of the national economy and the improvement of urbanization, the total demand for logistics and differential function are rising to a higher level.
