摘要:用传统固相法制备了 (BLFMO)陶瓷样品,并将其与纯 BFO
(x=)、BLFO(x=)、BFMO(x=)样品进行了比较分析。 XRD 结果表明 La-Mn
共掺杂使晶体结构发生较大的转变,这种晶格转变可能是剩余极化增大的原因之一。从 SEM
可以看出,La-Mn 共掺杂使晶粒尺寸变小。J-E 曲线表明 La-Mn 共掺杂使 BFO 陶瓷的漏电
流特性得到了显著的提高,比纯 BFO
瓷样品的电滞回线显示, La-Mn 共掺杂大大提高了 BFO 陶瓷的剩余极化强度,增强了 BFO
陶瓷的铁电性。

Abstract: (BLFMO) ceramic was fabricated by conventional solid
state reaction method and then pared with BFO (x=), BLFO (x=), and BFMO
(x=) ceramics to investigate the influence of doping. X-ray diffraction revealed that the crystal
structure was changed by La-Mn co-substitution, which may be helpful in improving the remnant
polarization. Scanning electron microscopy confirmed a reduced grain size because of La-Mn
co-doping. Leakage current characteristics of BFO ceramics were remarkably improved with
La-Mn co-doping; therefore, the leakage current density was significantly reduced by tw
