摘要:信息技术的发展改变了知识的获取、传承、积累和创造方式,企业社交网络是企业
时代的社会工具应用,通过把社交网络运用到企业组织中,让企业员工进行便捷的工作
和管理。随着企业社交网络的普及,企业对沟通业务的需求大幅提高,但是还没有一个通用
且具备融合消息能力的平台出现。本文提出了一个可与企业社交网络深度整合的融合消息子
系统,创新性的提出基于 P a a S 云平台的开放式的消息能力接口,设计了基于 Bosh/XMPP
协议的双向消息通信的系统架构和流程,云端存储消息记录保证了系统的可扩展性和稳健
性,打破了企业中传统沟通方式的局限性。

Abstract: The development of information technology has changed the way to access, impart, and
create knowledge. The enterprise work is a social tool in enterprise times, which
offers the stuffs a convenient way to work and manage business by importing the mature social
networks into the anization. With the popularity of enterprise works, the
demand munication has raised substantially, but there isn't mon platform with
converged messaging service yet. This paper presents a converged message subsystem which can
be integrated into the working deeply. The paper designs the architecture and procedure
of the message system with duplex channel based on Bosh/XMPP, and provides an interface based
