港口作为运输系统中的重要节点,承担着水陆运输方式转换的重要职能,同时又是进行仓储和流通加工的最佳位置,在现代物流系统中占有极为重要的地位。港口在整个国际贸易链中的重要地位导致了港口物流的产生、发展和繁荣。港口物流服务包括仓储、货运代理、拆装箱、装卸搬运、包装、加工、内陆运输、配送以及信息处理等功能的服务。
随着中国加入WTO和世界经济全球化的发展,物流业已经成为体现一个国家经济发展程度的重要标志,越来越受到世界各国的重视和关注。而港口作为海陆联运的枢纽,又是国际贸易、商品集散的中心地带,其作为物流结点的作用日益重要,故发展港口物流成为港口发展所面临的重要课题。
本文阐述港口物流的内涵特征以及国内港口发展状况,介绍了葫芦岛港港口物流发展现状,并从加强基础设施建设、建立港口物流业战略联盟、加快港口物流人才培养、提高港口物流的信息网络建设及加强港口软环境建设等六大方面提出加快发展葫芦岛港港口物流的对策建议。

Abstract
As a pivot node,port plays an important role in the transfer of the transportation modes and is the best site for storing and logistical important significance of a port on the whole chain of international trading, leads to the emergence,further development and prosperity of port various services of port logistics includes: warehousing,forwarding, consolidation &de-consolidation,loading& discharging,Packing& unpacking,inner-land transportation, delivery and related information services.
With China’s accession to the WTO and the globalization of the world economy,logistic industry has been reflected as an important indicator of a country’s economic development level and grows attention and concern around the and sea transportation and port as a hub,as well as international center of modities stocks has e the link to the international transportation of goods and an ponent of the world economy and port as a major node,so port logistics has e an important subject facting the development of the port.
This paper expounds the characteristicsof port logistics and the development of ports both at home, and introduces the logistics development status of Huludao Port. Suggestions in terms of strengthening port′s hardware, expanding port logistics strategic alliance, accelerating personnel training, improving port′s informatization degree and strengthening port′s software are put forward to speed up the logistics development of Huludao Port.
