本次毕业设计题目为进贤县滨湖华城住宅楼施工组织设计。,,建筑层数为六层。其中:底层为杂物间,一层至五层为普通住宅,六层为跃层住宅.。本工程为多层普通住宅,安全等级为二级,设计合理使用年限为50年.,抗震设防烈度为6度以下,屋面防水等级为III级,主体为砖混结构,基础为沉管灌注桩基础。本工程工期为190天,拟开工日期2012年1月1日,预计竣工日期2012年7月8日。
本施工组织设计主要包括施工总体部署、施工准备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量保证措施、安全及文明施工措施。充分考虑各个方面因素,进行详细的设计。
本施工组织设计根据每个项目的特点、结构特征、重点和难点,建立相应的管理组织机构,编制针对性科学性的施工方案,以确保施工安全顺利的完成。

ABSTRACT
