Over the past few years, the competition has e fiercer in estate market with its development and maturation, which results in the collectivization, standardization and branding of the growing scale panies. It also turns out that the inner management lag es more apparent in some small or medium size real panies as a result of their rapid business expansion. So the continually changed internal and external circumstances have required the human resource administration of some small or medium size real panies to improve themselves.
