文档介绍：I摘要档案保护技术标准,是指在档案保护工作领域内,由档案主管部门会同标准化部门,对档案保护工作的方法、概念、原则、技术、设施等制定统一的规划和技术规范。它是档案工作现代化的一个组成部分,是基础。迄今为止,我国制定的档案保护技术方面的标准共24项,它已经涵盖了术语、档案馆建筑,装具、字迹耐久性测试及缩微品、照片、磁性载体、电子文件归档等档案保护技术工作的主要领域。这些标准使得我国档案保护技术标准体系建设取得了很大的成绩,且极大地促进了我国档案保护技术工作的规范化发展。当然,我国的档案保护技术标准方面也依然存在诸多问题,主要是一方面与实际的客观需要相比,有些档案保护技术标准急待制定,特别是电子文件保护技术方面的标准,有很多空白之处急需填补。另一方面,已有标准需要进一步修订完善,以适应和满足实际工作快速发展的需要。本文内容主要由以下4个部分组成:第一部分:引言,论述选题缘起与意义,国内外研究现状以及研究内容与研究目标。主要介绍国内外在档案保护技术标准研究方面所取得的主要研究成果以及本文欲达到的研究目标。第二部分:标准及标准化的基础理论,主要包括标准的概念、种类、特性以及标准化的概念、作用、原则,另还对国际标准化组织及发达国家的标准化工作做了简要介绍。第三部分:我国档案保护技术标准的宏观考察,主要从宏观上对我国档案保护技术标准的发展历程进行梳理,划分发展阶段;探讨我国档案保护技术标准工作取得的成就及存在的主要问题,提出解决对策。第四部分:我国档案保护技术标准的微观剖析,主要选择档案库房空气质量标准和电子文件保护技术标准作为个案,分析制定我国档案库房空气质量标准的理论基础与现实依据,制定的原则,提出自己的建议;梳理国际标准化组织制定的电子文件保护技术标准,指出我国电子文件保护技术标准存在的问题,对我国电子文件保护技术标准体系的构建提出自己的看法。关键词:档案标准档案保护档案保护技术标准IIAbstractArchives preservationtechnology standards, is defined asthe planning and development of harmonized technical specificationsinthe areaof archivespreservationby petent authoritiesand the archives Standardization Sector, including the archiveprotectionmethods, concepts, principles,technology, the integral partandfoundation of the modernizationarchival far, there are24 standardsofarchives preservation technologyin china.
