摘要:光纤传感器具有体型小巧,成本较低,结构紧凑,易多路复用,能够长距离分布式传感,以及在传感点无需用电,和良好的抗恶劣环境、抗电磁干扰、抗化学腐蚀能力等优势。因此发展态势十分良好,发展潜力巨大。今后光纤传感器将向集成化光纤传感器、多功能全光纤控制系统等方向发展。
本文对干涉型光纤传感器系统的传感原理,进行了比较系统的介绍,着重列举了四种常用于干涉型光纤传感器的光纤干涉仪,还有它们的干涉测量原理。这四种光纤干涉仪分别是:迈克尔逊(Michelson)干涉仪、马赫一泽德(Mach-Zehnder)干涉仪、萨格纳克(Sagnac)干涉仪和法布里珀罗(Fabry-Perot)干涉仪。本文的重点,是研究干涉型光纤传感器的相位调制与解调方法以及主要应用,文中先介绍了应力应变效应及温度效应的调制方法;然后介绍了常用的两种调制技术法,包括零差法和外差法;最后就应用详细介绍了微分干涉仪,白光干涉仪以及相位调制型光纤压力和温度传感器。

The principle and application of phase type optical fiber sensor
Abstract Optical fiber sensor has small size, low cost, compact structure, easy multiplexing, can long-distance distributed sensing, and the sensing point without electricity, and the good resistance to bad environment, resistance to ic interference, chemical corrosion resistance and other advantages. So development situation is very good, have great potential for development. The fiber optic sensor lead to the integrated optical fiber sensors, multi-function all-fiber control system, etc.
In this paper, the sensing principle of interferometric fiber optic sensor system, pares the system of introduction, mainly lists four kinds monly used in interferometric fiber optic sensor of optical fiber interferometer, and their interference measuring principle. These four kinds of optical fiber interferometer respectively is: Michelson interferometer, Mach Zehnder interferometer,sagnac interferometer and Fabry - Perot interferometer.
