摘要
本文在广泛阅读国内外文献的基础上通过 1 榀非预应力混凝土框架 KJ1 和 2
榀预应力混凝土框架 YKJ1 和 YKJ2 的水平低周反复试验研究以及十榀框架的
Push-over 模拟分析对预应力框架的抗震性能进行了较为系统的研究研究表明
预应力框架的裂缝闭合情况良好
2. 非预应力框架的滞回曲线基本上没有捏缩现象而预应力框架则有不同程
度的捏缩现象当结构处于弹性阶段时非预应力框架和预应力框架的刚度变化
不大进入弹塑性阶段后非预应力框架抗侧刚度的退化比预应力框架要严重一
些在塑性阶段后期非预应力框架和预应力框架的刚度经过退化后刚度又趋
于一致
3. 预应力框架的耗能比非预应力框架小且其耗能增长速度要比非预应力框
架小在后期预应力框架的耗能增长速度放慢程度比非预应力框架大预应力
框架的柱筋增强后其耗能也随之增加
4. 框架底层柱柱底特别是中柱柱底是结构的薄弱部位由于预应力框架结
构本身的一些特点如次内力的影响预应力框架的柱筋较非预应力框架要少一
些这使得如何解决底层柱柱底这一薄弱部位的问题在预应力框架中更加重要
通过加强柱筋对延缓底层柱柱底的柱铰的破坏能起一定的作用但这种作用是有
限的柱筋的加强不可避免的会使塑性铰的转动能力减弱并且柱筋的加强还加
剧柱的粘结破坏因此应当重视构造上的处理
5. 预应力框架的梁端支座截面底部钢筋配置较少负弯矩塑性转动能力较
弱正弯矩承载能力较小这就导致预应力框架的负弯矩塑性铰较早破坏正弯
矩塑性铰较早出现这在设计中应予以重视

Based prehensive literature research , this dissertation carried out the model
test include one non-prestressed concrete frame and two prestressed concrete frames
under cyclicloads , and theoretic analysis of ten frames by using Push-over method.
1. The quantity of cracks of non-prestressed frames are much more than those of
prestressed frames. The situation of cracks closing of prestressed frames is much better
than that of non-prestressed frames.
2. The plumpness of the load and displacement loops of non-prestressed frames is
much better than that of prestressed frames. The load and displacement loops of
prestressed frames is more or less a little narrow. The stiffness changes slowly of both
non-prestressed frames and prestressed frames at the elastic stage. The degeneration of
stiffness of non-prestressed frames is much quickly than that of prestressed frames at
the elastic-plastic stage. The stiffness of non-prestressed frames and prestressed frames
is tend to be the same after the degeneration of stiffness at the plastic stage.
