文档介绍:33G 时代安徽联通竞争战略研究摘要全球的通信产业飞速发展,电信业改革不断深化,尤其是移动通信产业日新月异。移动通信作为未来数字时代最具优势的通信方式,在近年仍将保持高于行业内其他业务的增长。用户对数据业务更高层次的需求升级,以及运营商对新的产业增长点的寻求,使得3G 成为下一代移动通信的一个趋势。正是这样的变化,对安徽联通的发展产生了非常深远的影响,安徽联通唯有有积极适应外部环境的变化,抢抓机遇,制定适宜的竞争策略,才能健康地生存和科学地发展。本文以战略管理理论为基础,运用PEST、SWOT 分析方法,对当前安徽联通的外部宏观环境、产业环境、内部环境进行一一分析。外部宏观环境分析主要对政策、经济、社会、技术等因素进行分析;产业环境分析主要对潜在的行业新进入者、替代品的竞争、买方讨价还价的能力、供应商讨价还价的能力以及现有竞争者之间的竞争五种因素进行分析;安徽联通内部环境分析主要对人力资源及文化建设、网络和技术、客户和业务、营销能力等方面进行分析。在此基础上,通过SWOT 分析了安徽联通发展的优势、劣势、面对的机遇与挑战,进而提出了安徽联通服务重点集中的竞争战略。最后,为确保安徽联通策略的实施,提出了安徽联通在3G 时代的用户和业务实施策略及3G 市场营销策略,在用户和业务实施策略方面,主要是从目标用户的选择、业务选择的策略两个方面进行分析;在市场营销策略方面,主要重点从 3G 品牌策略、3G 价格策略、3G 渠道策略三个方面进行分析。本文通过对安徽联通在新形势下服务集中战略的研究,对安徽联通的持续健康发展具有一定的意义关键词:发展战略;安徽联通;战略管理 4Research petitive strategy of Anhui in the 3G eraABSTRACT With the rapid development of the munications industry, the reform of munications munications industry is deepening active. munications as a future era of munications is the most advantageous means munication, and in recent years it will remain higher-than-industry growth than other businesses.
