我国农业上市公司经营绩效及其影响因素分析

摘要
我国是一个农业大国,农业是国民经济的基础。2010 年中央把农业和农村
问题作为一号文件发下来,号召全社会应以农业发展为优先,要加速农业经营发
展,促进农业产业振兴,使农民的生活更加富裕。农业上市公司作为农业企业的
龙头,其自身的发展对于国民经济的发展有着重要的促进作用。然而,在农业上
市公司发展的十几年里,逐渐暴露出规模小、经营绩效不容乐观等问题。
本文以农业上市公司经营绩效为研究对象,回顾了以往关于公司治理与公司
绩效方面的文献,发现大部分关于公司绩效的研究主要是研究董事会规模、独立
董事、董事薪酬、董事持股、股权结构等对公司绩效的影响。关于农业上市公司
经营绩效的研究,主要是对农业上市公司经营绩效进行评价。而且笔者还发现,
对农业上市公司的研究重点是使用不同的方法对农业上市公司进行评价。对于从
公司治理的角度研究农业上市公司的文献非常少。
本文在以往研究的基础上,先通过将 2009 年农业上市公司的财务数据与 A
股的数据进行对比分析,发现农业上市公司规模小,盈利能力差等问题。接着选
取了体现公司绩效的 13 个财务指标,样本期间为 2007-2009 年,用因子分析法
对农业上市公司的经营绩效进行评价,计算得分,然后进行得分排名。研究发现
如意集团的得分最高,荣华实业的得分最低。接着从公司治理的角度分析影响农
业上市公司的因素。以农业上市公司的经营绩效为因变量,以公司规模、税收补
贴、收入补贴、第一大股东持股比例、前十大股东持股比例、高管薪酬及高管持
股为自变量,采用多元回归分析方法分析这些因素对公司经营绩效的影响。最后
发现税收补贴、收入补贴、前十大股东持股比例、高管薪酬、高管持股与公司经
营绩效显著正相关,而第一大股东持股比例与公司经营绩效不相关。
通过实证分析,本文提出要合理利用补贴,优化股权结构,合理利用激励政
策等政策建议。最后对农业上市公司的未来研究进行了展望。

Abstract
China is a large agricultural country. Agriculture is the foundation of national
economy. In 2010,agricultural and rural issues were sent down as a first document by
the government. The government called on the munity should give priority
to agricultural development, to accelerate the development of agricultural operations,
and promote the revitalization of agricultural industry, making farmers more
prosperous life. As the leading agricultural enterprises, agricultural panies’
own development plays an important role in promoting the national
economy. However, the development of panies in agriculture in the last ten
years, gradually revealed a small scale, bad operating performance and other issues
which can not be optimistic.
