文档介绍:国内图书分类号: TH45 国际图书分类号: 工学硕士学位论文基于参数识别的往复压缩机气阀故障诊断方法的研究硕士研究生:董宁娟导师:徐敏强教授申请学位:工学硕士学科、专业:一般力学与力学基础所在单位:飞行器动力学与控制研究所答辩日期:2006 年6 月授予学位单位:哈尔滨工业大学Classified Index: TH45 .: for the Master Degree in Engineering RESEARCH ON FAULT DIAGNOSIS METHOD OF PRESSOR VALVES BESED ON PARAMETER RECOGNITON Candidate:Dong Ningjuan Supervisor:Prof. Xu MinqiangAcademic Degree Applied for:Master of EngineeringSpecialty:General Mechanics and Foundations of Mechanics Affiliation: Spacecraft Dynamics and Control Institute Date of Defence: June, 2006Degree-Conferring-Institution: Harbin Institute of Technology哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文摘要近年来,机械设备故障诊断技术在国内外得到了较大的发展,在国民生产中起到了重大的作用。往复式压缩机由于其用途的广泛性使得对其故障诊断的研究更具有重要意义。而气阀是往复式压缩机的关键部件,也是故障率最高的部件,并且振动信号具有较强的非平稳性。本文以大庆油田天然气总公司的2D12型往复式压缩机为研究对象,来分析气阀故障诊断的有效方法。在分析往复式压缩机振动产生的原因以及其振动信号表现出来的非平稳性的基础上,采用了基于结构模态参数识别和小波包分析相结合故障诊断方法。首先,论述了课题背景、国内外研究的现状以及课题研究的目的和意义,详细阐述了往复机械的故障特点和诊断方法。并且通过对往复式压缩机气阀的工作原理及振动特性的分析研究,总结出了往复式压缩机气阀振动信号具有非平稳性。其次,针对气阀振动信号的非平稳特点,本文采用了经验模式分解法(Empirical Mode position)对振动信号进行分析处理,使之成为若干个基本模式函数IMF(Intrinsic Mode Function)和一个残余量的线性组合。接着采用随机子空间参数识别法对各个基本模式函数其进行结构参数识别,同时找出各种状态的共同工作频带。之后利用小波包时域分析法提取时域故障特征参数,进行故障诊断。最后,对往复式压缩机气阀故障的四种状态加速度信号进行结构参数识别和时域特征参数提取,以达到故障诊断的目的,最后验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。关键词 往复式压缩机;模态参数识别;故障诊断;非平稳信号- I - 哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文Abstract In recent years machinery fault diagnosis technology has been greatly developed all over the world and the technology is very important in national production. The research on pressor fault diagnosis is of great significance owing to the particularity of its application. But gas valve is one of the key parts in pressor, which has often broken down with highest ratio and its exhibit non-stationary signals. In order to analysis the feasibility method of fault diagnosis of gas valve, the author uses the 2D12 of Da qing oil field as the object. According to the analysis of the reason of vibration es from pressor and the non-stationary characteristic of the signal, in this paper, the method of fault
