摘要
在电子技术中,频率是最基本的参数之一,并且与许多电参量的测量方案、测量结果都有十分密切的关系,因此频率测量在科技研究和实际应用中的作用日益重要。传统的频率计通常采用组合电路和时序电路等大量的硬件电路构成,产品不但体积较大,运行速度慢,而且测量低频信号时不宜直接使用。由于把微型计算机的功能引入到了数字仪表,因此测量的数字化、智能化逐渐成为当前测量技术的发展趋势。测量频率的方法有很多种,为了实现智能化的计数测频,实现一个宽领域、高精度,高速度的频率计,一种有效的方法是将单片机用于频率计的设计当中, 便于实现测量过程自动化。本课题介绍以51单片机作为核心器件,另外还包括信号输入、信号放大、信号选择、时钟提供、数据显示等功能模块的数字频率计的设计方法。频率计的硬件电路是用Protel绘图软件绘制而成,软件部分的单片机控制程序,是用汇编语言编写而成。由于本设计采用了模块化的设计方法,具有性能优良,精度高,可靠性好等特点,提高了测量频率的范围。

Among electronic technology, frequency is one of the most basic parameters, and result of measuring have a very close relation to a lot of electric parameters, so the measurement of frequency in research and practical application of science and technology play an increasingly important role in.
