文档介绍：Sculptured kerf dual structure design and researchA Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of MasterCandidate:liu WenlingSupervisor:Prof. Zhang QingzheChang’an University,Xi’an,ChinaI摘要刻纹切缝两用机是一种用于水泥混凝土路面公路施工和养护作业的专业设备,是集刻纹与切缝为一体的多功能路面作业设备。随着我国水泥混凝土路面通车里程的不断增加,刻纹切缝两用机将有较高的社会效益和广阔的应用前景。本文主要围绕着刻纹切缝两用机的研制开发进行的,旨在研制一台既能刻纹又能切缝的多功能、自动行走的刻纹切缝两用机。本文综述了两用机的发展概况及国内外研究现状。对刻纹切缝两用机整体设计进行了布置,从而对其结构进行逐个研究设计。首先进行了两用机的刻纹切缝装置的设计计算,刻纹切缝装置是两用机的工作装置,把刻纹锯片和切缝锯片放在同一轴上,安装在机身前部,由同一电动机带动其工作,来实现一机两用的功能。然后进行了刻纹切缝两用机自动行走装置的设计,自动行走装置的动力机由变频电动机和减速机组成,使两用机能够实现多速、低速行走的能力,其动力通过减速机输出轴上的离合机构和传动机构与行走轮轴连接,从而实现自动行走和手推行走的功能。接着进行了切深调整装置的研究,切深进给主要采用丝杠螺母-连杆体结构,通过杠杆原理自动控制整机升降,从而控制刻切刀的升降。完成以上三大装置的设计后,再在机身底板上方的空间制作水箱、水管、机罩、导向轮等。最后运用有限元软件ANSYS对刻纹切缝装置进行力学分析,从应力和变形云图看出,满足我们的设计要求。关键词:刻纹切缝两用机,结构设计,多功能,自动行走,ANSYSIIAbstractSculptured kerf is a dual-purpose machine used for the cement concrete pavement road construction and maintenance work of professional equipment, is sculptured with slit multifunctional road work China's cement concrete pavement mileage increases, the Sculptured kerf dual purpose machine will have a higher social and broad application article mainly around the Sculptured kerf dual-use machine developed with the intention of developing a Sculptured both versatile and can kerf automatically Sculptured walking slit- thesis summarizes the development of dual-use machine profile and research kerf on the overall design of a dual-purpose machines are arranged so its structure one by one research conducted a dual-purpose machine sculptured kerf device design calculations, sculptured kerf device is a dual-purpose machine working device, and the sculptured blade kerf saw blades on the same axis, mounted in front of the fuselage part of its work by the same motor drive to achieve a dual-purpose machine functions.
