The prospective partners need to submit the following materials: Letter of Proposal,cooperative agreement (draft), analytical report of the history, current status and future prospects of local Chinese teaching and qualification certificate (legal person certificate or registration certificate). Quality Certification In order to ensure the special feature and teaching quality of the “Confucius Institute”, the Headquarter will regularly assess the institutes and conduct quality certification.
