摘要
信息技术的发展与信息量增长之间存在矛盾,资源存储的成本在不断增加,电子资源的长
期保存很难得到有效的解决,这些问题是机构知识库产生的最根本原因。不过,尽管机构库的
出现给资源服务带来了一定的生机,却仍然有一些不足之处:机构库的内容不够精炼,显得比
较杂乱;在用户进行数据库检索的时候,缺乏关键性资源的揭示能力;和传统的数据库服务模
式一样,资源的个性化服务略显不足。在这样的背景下,本研究在机构知识库的基础上,结合
技术,提出了一种新的数据库服务模式。该模式以 BLOG 站点为平台,通过 RSS 推送
技术,将机构知识库的资源更新源源不断的送到用户的桌面,用户通过 RSS 阅读器可以订阅自
己想要的数据库内容。
论文首先分析了机构知识库的国内外研究背景以及RSS技术、BLOG技术的应用现状,提出
了数据库服务所面临的问题;接着在问题的基础上,分析了用户和系统管理员的实际需求,提
出了系统建设的目标和意义,并详细阐述了整个系统的流程和关键步骤;最后在理论框架的指
导下,提出了具体的实施方案,并通过实践和应用的过程总结出系统模式的优势和不足。希望
,可以给传统数据库服务带来一些观念
上的改变,能够提高机构库资源的使用效率,能够改善学术机构信息交流不畅的问题,并能够
实现机构知识库内容的自我完善。

Abstract
There are contradicts between development of IT technology and growing information amounts ,
the costs for storing resources are increasing, long-term preservation of electronic resources is
difficult to problems are the most fundamental reason that why to Construct ,
despite the emergence of IR bring a certain amount of vigor for resources services, there are still some
inadequacies: the contents of IR is not refining, and obviously more clutter; when database retrieving,
there is no capacity for revealing critical resources; compare to the traditional database service, there
is no Push Service for updating resources. In this context, base on studying IR, combining
technology, this paper put forward a new database service models. The model uses BLOG sites as a
platform, through the RSS Push technology, pushes updating IR resources to the user's desktop
continuously. The users can subscribe to their desired database content through the RSS reader
