文档介绍：摘要有线电视网络行业正逐步从事业管理体制向企业管理转变,同时,有线电视业务也开始从独家经营,逐步开始面临各种方式的竞争。一方面要满足公众对服务质量不断提高的要求,另一方面要提高效率,降低成本,以应对竞争,谋求进一步发展。对济南有线电视而言,原有环境的制约使得业务管理水平和信息化水平都不高。建立管理信息系统是提高效率改善管理的必要措施。本文面向真实的项目需求,目的是运用相关理论解决实际问题。信息系统的规划分析,是以对流程管理的规划设计为基础的,而流程管理的分析设计也必须充分考虑管理信息系统的支撑作用。本文按照管理信息系统建设的一般思路,对济南有线电视管理信息系统进行了系统规划。本文首先在背景分析基础上对济南有线电视的业务流程进行分析,并提出优化方案。在业务流程的优化设计的基础上,对管理信息系统进行规划。规划过程包括分析济南有线电视信息化现状和问题,规划的目标分析,关键数据分析,还对系统地总体架构进行了分析说明,对功能模块进行了简单描述。此外,还分析了系统实施中可能遇到的有关问题,包括影响系统成功开发和应用的问题与对策。关键词:信息系统规划;业务流程优化;有线电视AbstractThe management system of cable television is changing to the enterprise the meantime, the cable television begins to face up petitions from soleoperation gradually.
