中国东部沿海较发达地区之一的浙江省早在20世纪80年代就已获得外资的关注。几十年来,浙江是中国最早实行对外开放的省份之一,外商直接投资发展迅速。本文选取了1997年—2009年纺织业的外商投资额和区位熵等数据做为研究对象,分别依次进行单位根检验,Engle-Granger两步法协整检验,误差修正模型,Granger因果关系检验等分析。研究结果表明,FDI对浙江纺织产业集群具有显著的影响关系,在短期内外商直接投资的增加对浙江纺织产业集群有促进作用,但在长期内这样影响减弱,因此合理利用外资对浙江纺织产业集群发展有着重大影响。建议:;;;。

Abstract
Province Zhejiang, one of the most-developed coastal regions eastern China, has attracted the attention of foreign investors since the early 1980s. As one of the first provinces in China opening up to the outside world, Zhejiang has witnessed a rapid development in foreign direct investment during these like foreign investment volume and location quotient in the textile industry from 1997 to 2009 are chosen as the objects of study. They are analyzed one by one through using unit root test, Engle-Granger co-integration analysis methods, vector error correction model, and Granger causal relation test, etc. The results indicate that FDI greatly influences the textile industry cluster in Zhejiang. The increase of FDI may contribute to the development of the textile industry in Zhejiang in the short term. However, in the long term, this positive impact may decline. Consequently, it means a lot for the development of the textile industry in Zhejiang to utilize foreign investment reasonably. The author suggests that the government should provide foreign investments with favorable conditions; pay attention to the innovation of local industrial clusters; cultivate local entrepreneur groups and create a well-developed labor market; intensify the input of human and technology resources as well.
