改革开放以来,浙江省的经济和外商直接投资都有了迅猛的发展,国内外学者对两者之间的关系进行了很多的探讨,有些学者认为外商直接投资单向地促进经济增长;有些学者认为经济增长单向地促进外商直接投资;还有一些学者认为两者之间是双向的促进关系。
本文基于浙江省1995-2009年的统计数据,对外商直接投资与经济增长的关系展开研究,通过平稳性检验,格兰杰因果关系检验,回归分析等实证分析方法了解两者之间的真正关系。通过实证分析发现外商直接投资对经济增长作用明显,而经济增长对外商直接投资作用很微弱。

ABSTRACT
Since the reform and opening, zhejiang economic and foreign direct investment has a rapid development, the domestic and overseas scholars to the relationship between the two discussed a lot more, is thought by some scholars to foreign direct investment to stimulate economic growth; unidirectional Some scholars believe that economic growth one-way to promote foreign direct investment; Some scholars believe that both the relationships between is a two-way street.
Based on zhejiang 1995-2009 statistics, foreign direct investment and economic growth, launched research, through stationarity test, granger causality test, regression analysis to empirical analysis method to understand the real relationship between them. Through empirical analysis found that foreign direct investment to economic growth is obviously, and the economic growth to foreign direct investment is very weak.

引言
改革开放以前,由于中国国内政策的制约,外商直接投资很少。1978年以后,我国开始实行改革开放战略,政府由此开始加大力度引入外资,浙江省也是从这以后开始了FDI的增长。
随着进入二十一世纪,全球化趋势越来越明显。跨国企业在经济中占据了主导地位。而我国2001年加入WTO以后,逐渐成为了世界经济增长的中心。由于我国人口基数大,市场发展并不完善,市场潜力巨大,成为了各大跨国企业的香馍馍,外资争相涌入我国资本市场。2002年,我国利用外商直接投资首次超过美国跃居世界第一
