根据浙江省统计局的数据,浙江省吸收的外商直接投资越来越多,可是浙江省的环境污染也呈现上升的趋势,FDI对浙江省环境的影响已成为大家不可忽视的问题。本文在回顾一些学者的文献之后,首先从FDI规模、来源国家和产业结构三方面分析了浙江省FDI的现状。其次分析了浙江省的工业三废的排放现状,发现工业废气、废水和固体废弃物污染越来越严重。接着从定性和定量两方面来探讨浙江省FDI对环境的影响,结果显示环境污染排放和FDI规模之间的关系曲线呈倒“U”形。最后,对如何减少FDI对环境的污染作用提出建议。

ABSTRACT
According to the data of Zhejiang Bureau, foreign direct investment of Zhejiang increased in the fifteen years, and also the environmental pollution showed a rising trend. So that the environmental effect of FDI in Zhejiang has e an unavoidable issue. Based on reviewing some scholars’ literature, this paper analyzes the present situation of FDI in Zhejiang province from three aspects including scale, sources, industrial structure of FDI. Then it analyzes the present situation of industrial waste in Zhejiang province, and finds out the industrial waste gas, waste water and solid waste pollution e more and more serious. Then this paper explores the environmental impact of FDI in Zhejiang province from the quantitative and qualitative aspects. The results show that the curve between FDI and environmental pollution emission is inverted U-Shape. Finally, it gives suggestions to reduce the bad effect on environment causing by FDI.

引言
浙江省统计局的数据显示,在1979年,,而到了2009年,。随着经济的增长,浙江省吸收的外商直接投资也在慢慢增加,在1984年,全省实际利用外资额仅为252万美元,到了2009年,增加到993974万美元。外资的注入会给当地的经济发展起到巨大的推动作用,然而,随着外资引入规模的扩大,FDI对浙江省环境的影响已成为大家不可忽视的问题,本文基于这样的背景,对浙江省FDI的环境效应展开研究。
