近年来我国一直重视“三农”问题,在经济转型这一环境下我省加大了对农村的规划与改革,使农村金融的发展能更好的服务于我省农村经济的增长。在此本文选取了浙江省1980-2009年的农村现金流通量、农业存贷款、农村生产总值等数据,运用VAR模型中的协整检验、格兰杰因果检验等计量方法,对浙江省农村金融与农村经济之间的关系进行分析研究,结果表明浙江省农村金融发展与农村经济增长之间尚未形成良性的互动关系。由此针对我省农村非正规金融这一特殊性,对农村金融如何发挥应有的作用来促进农村经济增长提出一些建议。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, China has always attached the "three rural" issue, in this context of economic restructuring has increased the province's planning and rural reform, development of rural financial services to better economic growth in our province. In this paper selected rural areas in Zhejiang Province 1980-2009 cash in circulation, deposits and loans in agriculture, rural GDP and other data, the use of VAR model, cointegration test, Granger causality test and other quantitative methods, rural areas in Zhejiang Province Finance and the rural economy analysis of the relationship between the study results show that financial development in rural areas in Zhejiang Province and rural economic growth has not been formed between the positive interaction. Thus for the province of the special nature of informal finance in rural areas, rural financial how to play their due role to promote rural economic growth offer some suggestions.
