20世纪80年代中期,领带产业在嵊州诞生、兴起。90年代起,嵊州领带通过理念、组织、技术和营销等方面一系列创新,逐步发展成为闻名国内外的集群性特色产业,嵊州领带产业到目前已形成了具有相当大影响力的产业集群,被浙江省政府定位为“21世纪的嵊州·国际性领带都市”嵊州领带产业具有明显的优势,如今的嵊州领带产业既是嵊州市国民经济的一大支柱,也是嵊州人的一大骄傲。
本文基于全球价值链视角,来研究嵊州领带产业集群升级的问题。首先,简单回顾相关的理论知识,阐述全球价值链与产业集群升级的内涵,同时列明嵌入全球价值链的产业集群升级的路径。其次,回顾嵊州领带产业集群发展的历程,阐明其特点,接着分析集群融入全球价值链的情况,得出产业集群升级路径,并分析嵊州领带产业集群存在的问题,最后根据分析结果以及选择的升级路径提出结合实际情况的建议和意见。

ABSTRACT
The mid-20th century, Necktie industry is birth and rise in Shengzhou. Since 90 years, the neckties of shengzhou through a series of innovative in philosophy, organization, technology and marketing. It es Characteristics of the cluster of renowned domestic and foreign industry. Shengzhou neckties industry has formed a considerable influence on the industry cluster to the current. It has been defined as 'Shengzhou 21st Century•International Necktie City' by Zhejiang Provincial Government. Shengzhou neckties industry has a clear advantage. Now, Shengzhou Shengzhou neckties industry as a pillar of the national economy, but also a great person Shengzhou pride.
This article based on the Global Value Chain to research the problems of Shengzhou tie industrial cluster. First, This article simply review the relevant theoretical knowledge and describes the content of Global Value Chain and Industrial Cluster. This article also sets out Paths of the Global Value Chain of the Industrial Cluster. Second, This article review the course of the Shengzhou tie industrial cluster development and explain its features. Then, This article analyze the situation of cluster integration into global value chains e into being the path of Industrial Cluster. And this article analyze the problem of Shengzhou Tie Industrial Clusters. At last, This article based on the results and choose the upgrade path to present Suggestions and views.
