GDP是衡量一个地区经济发展情况的重要指标,改革开放以来,外商直接投资在促进区域经济发展过程中发挥越来越重要的作用。外商直接投资与浙江经济发展的关系是怎样的?外商直接投资的增加是否对浙江经济的发展有贡献作用?为了回答这些问题,本文从浙江省的经济发展基本情况出发,基于浙江省1985-2009年25年来的数据统计建立计量经济模型,运用平稳性检验、协整检验和格兰杰因果检验等计量分析方法分析浙江省利用外商直接投资对经济增长的贡献及贡献率进行了实证分析,结果表明:浙江省实际利用外商直接投资与GDP增长之间存在着长期的稳定关系;浙江省FDI的增长是GDP增长的单向原因;浙江省实际利用FDI对 GDP增长的贡献起到促进作用,实际利用FDI每增长一个点,其对GDP增长的贡献率也相应的增加。在此结论的基础上,本文提出了浙江省吸引外商直接投资的建议。

ABSTRACT
GDP is an important indicator that measures the development of a regional economic. Since “reform and opening-up” policy, foreign direct investment has played a more and more important role in promoting regional economy development. What are the relations between foreign direct investment and economic development of ZheJiang province? Does the increase of foreign direct investment contribute to the economic growth of ZheJiang? In order to answer these questions, this paper takes the perspective of ZheJiang’s economic development generally and makes empirical analysis on the contribution and contribution rate to the economic development made by foreign direct investment. This paper founds an econometric model based on the 25 years' statistical data from 1985 to 2009; it uses some econometric analytical methods such as Unit Root Test, Johansen Cointegration Test and Granger Causality result shows: ZheJiang province takes advantage of the foreign direct investment to keep the long-term stable relations with the increasing of GDP. The increasing FDI of ZheJiang province is the unilateral reason of the growth of GDP. ZheJiang province practically uses FDI have a function of promoting the contribution to the growth of GDP: The contribution rate to the growth of GDP will correspondingly increase by increasing 1% of the practical uses. Based on the conclusion, the es up with some suggestions that ZheJiang province could attract more foreign direct investment.
