摘要
本课题组的设计课题是全自动汽车清洗机,此设备是一种用于各种车辆清洗的设备,如小轿车、工业用车、农业用车等。本次设计的清洗机即是针对这些车型而设计的。
汽车清洗机是源自欧美先进成熟技术,在欧美发达国家,非营业用的便携式汽车清洗机已非常流行,属于成熟产品,具有很高的普及率。在中国研究汽车清洗机的前景较为广阔。
根据我国目前的实际需求情况,决定设计一种龙门架往复运动的清洗机。这个设备主要由龙门架、一支横刷和一对立刷组成。通过电动、液压、气动装置对其进行控制。在本次设计中详细的说明了清洗机的安装调试使用和维修等,并且主要介绍了横刷及其零部件的设计过程。

Abstract
Design the research group is full automatic car washing machine, the device is a device used for various vehicles such as cars, cleaning, industrial vehicles, agricultural vehicles etc.. Washing machine of this design is to solve these models and design.
Car washing machine is from Europe and the United States advanced mature technology, developed countries in Europe and America, portable car cleaning machine for non-business use has been very popular, which belongs to the mature product, has the very high ration rate. In the study of Chinese car washing machine is the broad prospect.
According to the actual demand of our country at present, decided to cleaning machine design of a Longmen rack reciprocating motion. This equipment is posed of Longmen rack, a transverse brush and an opposition brush. Through the electric, hydraulic, pneumatic to control device. In the design of a detailed description of the cleaning machine installation missioning of use and repair, and mainly introduces the design process of horizontal brush and parts.
