在二十一世纪,物流是企业的第三利润源泉,对物流的管理得到充分地重视。物流活动纷繁复杂导致管理上的断层现象屡屡发生,这就迫切需要采用现代化的手段一一物流的信息化来辅助物流管理工作,物流信息化工作也是提升物流核心竞争力的根本途径之一。而现行物流系统和ERP系统都存在着一定程度上的不足,前者模块过于单纯,不能协调财务、人事、生产、营销业务模块;后者虽然功能比较多,也可以在一定程度上协调公司的管理,但是ERP系统本身就存在着物流功能弱、信息交换缺乏互动。
本文详细地介绍了如何实现物流管理工作的计算机化—建立基于ERP的企业物流信息系统。首先分析了系统开发的目的和意义以及课题的来源,接着介绍了基于ERP的企业物流信息系统。主要部分首先从ERP系统和单纯的物流管理信息系统来分析,对于它们的结构、功能模块及目标等的剖析,揭示了现行系统的物流管理功能的缺陷,既而提出了开发基于ERP的企业物流信息系统的论点。重点分析了基于ERP的企业物流信息系统的目标、功能设计、开发方法与主要技术;基于ERP的企业物流信息系统的信息与业务流程组织、管理组织与运作机制设计。

ABSTRACT
In the twenty-first century, the logistics enterprise of the third profit source, the management of logistics full attention. Management plex logistics activities led to frequent occurrence of the phenomenon on the fault, which means an urgent need for one by one using modern information technology to assist logistics management, logistics and information work is to enhance the petitiveness of the logistics is one fundamental way.
