文档介绍：摘要I 摘要国以才兴,政以才治,执政党执政能力的加强,政府管理经济和社会事务水平的不断提高,最终必须依靠一支高素质的党政干部队伍来实现。而提高党政干部的素质、能力及管理水平关键在于教育培训。研究如何保证培训质量,提高培训绩效,建立完善的党政干部教育培训体系,具有重要的现产意义。本文以吉安市青原区为例,以现代培训理念为指导,用科学的方法研究国际国内干部教育培训现状,抓住我区在党政干部教育培训实践过程中暴露出来的问题,以较新、较全的视野进行***和剖析,对今后如何科学合理地开展党政干部教育培训提出了积极的对策措施,目的在于改变党政干部教育培训与当前社会发展不相适应的地方,为党政干部教育培训提供一定的理论指导和实务操作知识。关键词:党政干部;教育培训;体系研究ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT A country is prosperous by ablemen,and the politics is also governed by enhancement of the incumbent party’s ruling ability and the improvement of the government managing the economy and the social affairs’ level finally must depend upon many outstanding party and government cadres .But improving the party and government cadres’quality, ability and the management level lies in education studies guaranteed the training quality, enhance the training achievements, establish the perfect party and government cadre s’education training system, has important article takes Qingyuan District Ji’an City as an example and takes the modern training ideas as the instructions, with the scientific methods to study present international and domestic cadres’ education, holding the problems which exposed in the party and government cadres’ education training practice newer, and entire field of vision , the article carries on the perspective and the analysis and put forwad many positive measures on how to carry out party and government cadres’ education and training scientificly and reasonably from now on . The goal lies in the place which changes party and government cadres’ education training and the current social development, providing some certain theory instructions and the practice operation knowledge for party and government cadre s’education training.
