Purpose:
This process is to guide Technical Onsite system engineers to deliver Preventive Maintenance service for customers who have purchased HP products or service contracts with PM service.

Receive PM CSO R
联系客户确认到现场时间, 提醒用户备份系统
测量电压, 温度, 湿度, 询问用户介质管理情况
请用户重起系统, 包括主机和外设

启动正常?
检查如下log /var/adm/shutdownlog

/var/adm/syslog/
Yes
收集有关信息联系响应中心诊断,按正常报修处理
能否现场给出解释并给出建议?

清洗磁带驱动器
Yes
建议用户改进相应问题
关闭所有设备
如需要, 更换空气过滤器
作系统清洁, 参见清洁指南.
启动系统
经用户允许以后再安装.
Online Diag Tools installed?
在mstm中选中所有设备作verify
检查远程终端LAM Modem是否正常
用CE tools 收集系统信息,
Update FMN CSO; file PM report, send config file to “@
结束
记录用户联系信息,如有更改,交回Contract Admin 更改SAP系统.
PM 报告说明
指示灯状态
参见PM设备的Service Manual。
