【Abstract】
Along with the increase of the CATV customers,error often occurs in the task without the CATV often pay for the money more or less,and they want a system to help them the we take in the CATV charge system,in order to decrease the mount of label and raise the on the people requirements analysis,model design order plete the whole design,we look through the books of this system and adopt the way and opinion of the system which is seminal to the CATV charge last the function of the system is realized.
