题目:某小区可视对讲系统设计。
基本要求:
某小区由3栋22层的住宅楼组成,每栋楼两个单元,一梯两户。为保证小区住户的安全,试设计一可视对讲系统。要求具有先进性和扩展性。门卫值班室设在小区的入口处。
设计任务:
(10000字左右)。要求设计方案合理,应具有先进性;主要包括:
(1)平面布防图(前端设备的布局图)
(2)系统构成框图(图中应标明各种设备的配置数量、分布情况、传输方式等)。
(3)系统功能说明。
(4)设备、器材配置明细表
(5)施工图
(6)测试、调试说明

摘要
门禁系统是智能楼宇出入管理的重要措施,它可以对进出人员进行分级别、分区域、分时段的管理,以确保内部安全。门禁识别系统通常采用卡式识别系统,包括、磁卡、IC卡、射频卡、智能卡、指纹识别等。
随着现在各类通信技术的发展,门禁识别系统已经向红外面目标识别技术甚至更高的技术领域发展。与传统楼宇安防监控系统相比,现代安防监控系统多应用传感器识别技术及先进的网络通信技术。这种系统将更合理、更高效、更快捷的为人们提供舒适的工作和生活环境,为人们人身财产安全提供更好的保障。推广智能楼宇技术,对于改善人居环境,促进可持续发展具有重要意义。
Access control system is intelligent building access management important step, it can import personnel level, on area, time management, to ensure that the internal security. Access control identification system usually adopts the cassette identification system, IC card, ic card, including, RF card, smart card, fingerprint recognition.
Now with all types munication technology development, access control identification system has to infrared surface target recognition even higher technology development. And the traditional building security monitoring system, modern security monitoring system of sensor identification technology and munication technology. This system will be more reasonable, more efficient, more convenient for people to provide fortable working and living environment, personal and property safety for the people to provide better protection. Promotion of intelligent building technology, to improve the living environment, and promote the sustainable development of great significance.
