插秧机机械变速箱设计
摘要
随着农业技术的发展,机械化生产显得越来越重要。因为在这个年代生产效
率对我们的日常生活尤为重要。每个人都需要食物。插秧机就在农业生产中扮演
重要角色。作为插秧机中的一部分,变速器起到控制其运动规律的作用。通过对
市场现有插秧机变速箱的调查研究,我发现一些插秧机的变速箱在可靠性方面欠
佳,还有的在机器操纵方面显得比较繁琐。面对这种情况,我找到一些可以解决
这些问题的措施。所以本篇论文主要针对插秧机的变速箱进行设计。论文包括插
秧机变速箱的背景,变速箱的功能,以及变速箱的设计计算等方面。设计方面主
要包括传动系统的设计,操纵系统的设计以及箱体的设计。设计中主要应用
PRO/ 和 CAD2008 工程制图软件。

Abstract
With the development of the argucultural technology, the mechanized
production e more and more significant. Because the production efficiency is
very vital for our daily life. Everybody needs food. And the rice transplanter play an
important role in the argucultural production. As a part of rice transplanter, the
gearbox control its form of exercise. According to the study of the market, I find some
problem of prevelant gearbox of rice transplanter. Such as the control system is lack
of reliability, the machine operation is not very convenient and so on. So face to the
phynomenon, I take some measures to treat revelant problems. So this dissertation
mainly introduct the design of gearbox. It include the background of gearbox of rice
transplanter, the function of gearbox and the calculations about the design of gearbox
of rice transplanter. And design of gearbox mainly include the design of transmission
system, the design of control and the design of box. This design rely on
PROEWildfire and AutoCAD 2008.
