文档介绍:摘要教师资格制度是国家对教师实行的一种法定职业资格认定制度。教师资格制度是教师任用走上科学化、规范化和法制化轨道的重要保证。实行教师资格制度,是确保教师质量,提高教师专业地位,进而提高教师社会地位的重要举措。日本是教师资格制度实施较早的国家之一,积累了丰富的经验。我们可以借鉴教师资格制度比较完善的日本做法,使我国教师队伍建设形成良性循环,从根本上提高教师队伍的整体素质,促进教育的改革和发展。日本又是一个法制比较健全的亚洲国家,其教师资格制度对我国的教师专业化发展有一定的启示。本研究拟从日本中小学教师资格制度的历史沿革、改革、完善与创新、现状与特点多个角度对日本中小学教师资格制度进行较为全面的研究,在深入研究中日教师资格制度特点的基础上,分析我国教师资格制度存在问题的原因,并针对我国教师资格制度不够完善的地方,参照日本教师资格制度改革的经验,总结出一条适合我国国情的、完善的、合理的教师资格制度改革的方案。关键词:日本:中小学;教师资格制度;原因分析 Abstract Teacher qualification system is alegal institution ofprofessional certificationapplied to teachers by system is allimportant insurance tolegalmanagement ofeducation and scientific—making,standardization and legalization of teacher employment of thissystem isvital toensure thequality,to strengthen the professional status SO as to improve the social position ,one ofthe nations which employ thesystem relatively earlier,is with rich experiences for isadvisable for US to draw on the experiences ofJapan,whose teacher qualification system isrelatively sophisticated,in order to construct aperfect cycle fortheformation ofteacher teams and thenimprove thewhole quality ofteachers and promote thereforms and developments isan Asian country withamplified system of laws,whose teacher qualification system isof great enlightenment fortheprofessional development ofteachers in our country. This research isdesigned prehensively the teacher qualification system of elementary and secondary schools inJapan from aspects such ashistory,reforms,perfection and innovation,current situation and thebasisofthorough analysis of the problems ofteacher qualification system inJapan and China,the author analyzes the causes oftheproblems inChinese teacher qualification ,in the light of pleteness ofOur teacher qualification system and refer tothemeasures adopted in Japan’S teacher qualification system reforms,this thesissummarizes and put forward a scheme,which isover-all
