文档介绍:洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文) I 400 套/年 C2L 玻璃钢天线罩手糊工艺设计摘要 C2L 型车载卫星天线罩采用低高度的波导缝隙天线,整机高度只有 12. 8cm ,是目前世界上高度最低的车载卫星天线。它是根据西安星展测控有限公司对用玻璃纤维增强材料蜂窝夹层结构的技术要求、质量保证规定、交货准备和说明事项来设计的,通过 Sol i d works 软件建模技术对天线罩模型进行数字化模型确立。本文主要介绍了以手糊成型工艺生产 C2L 天线罩的工艺流程。其生产流程包括三部分: 第一、生产准备,包括生产工具、物料和模具的准备;第二、材料采购和各种材料的铺设,包括纤维布和树脂的要求、内外蒙皮的铺设、夹层结构的铺设等;第三、天线罩的后处理,包括对天线罩生产过程中出现的缺陷做了等级划分,并针对各种缺陷给出了相应的修整方案。关键词: 玻璃钢, 小型天线罩, 手糊, 蜂窝芯子, 洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文) II Design of 400 Set Per Year C2L FRP Antenna Mask By Hand Lay-up ABSTRACT C2L type car satellite antenna mask of the low of the height of the slot antenna waveguide, the height is only cm, the world' s lowest height of the satellite antenna. The production process consists of three parts: first, production preparation, including production tools, materials and mold preparat ion; Second, material purchasing and various material laid, including fiber cloth and the requirements of the resin, internal and external skinned laid, sandwich structure of the laid, etc; Third, the antenna mask post- processing, including antenna mask the defects in the process of production of the hierarchy, and according to various defects the corresponding nap scheme.
