文档介绍：广西大学硕士学位论文 220kV陆屋送变电工程可行性研究姓名:陆晓燕申请学位级别:硕士专业:电气工程指导教师:龙军 20111210 220kV陆屋送变电工程可行性研究摘要本文论述了项目可行性的基本知识,归纳了项目可行性研究的发展状况,并以技术经济学、层次分析法为基础,对灵山县陆屋220kV送变电工程项目进行前行性分析。通过分析灵山县及附近电网现状,进行电力负荷预测以及陆屋变供电区域的电力电量平衡分析,证明了220kV陆屋送变电工程建设的必要性。将陆东和新塘两个拟定站址从站址位置及站址布局、系统接入、拆迁及赔偿、土建工程量、环境保护、交通运输等方面作进一步的站址技术经济比较,然后用层次分析法选定变电站站址。本文从技术、经济、社会效益三方面对220kV陆屋送变电工程项目建设的可行性进行分析。从变电站电气部分、送电线路技术水平、土建工程、防雷、通信等方面进行分析,结果表明该项目建设在技术上是可行的。根据技术方案及评估参数,对项目投资进行估算,分析项目经济效益,从估算、分析结果来看,该项目建设也具有经济上的可行性。经过环境质量及环境影响(含节能降耗)分析,显示了项目的合理性。用层次分析法对该工程进行综合评价,也确认220kV陆屋送变电工程项目的可行性。关键词:送变电工程站址选择可行性研究层次分析法综合评价 FEASIBILITY STUDY oF 220kV LuWu SUBSTATION PRO胍CT ABSTRECT Thjspaper discusses thebasicknowledge oftheproject feasibility, summarizes the development ofproject feasibilitystudy and analysis the feasibility oftheI,1lWi】220 kV power deliveryproject Basedon剐唧and technical—edonomicpoint ofview.
