近些年随着城市建设的迅速发展,越来越多的高速道路系统在大城市和城郊结合部快速延伸和扩展。道路发展带来机动车数量急剧增加,使城市道路交通噪声污染日益严重。道路交通噪声具有强度大、影响范围广的特点,已逐渐成为城市环境噪声的主要污染源,也成为环境噪声控制的难点。交通噪声是目前城市环境噪声的主要来源之一,通过本研究以了解武汉市关山大道交通噪声的特征,并由研究结果分析出该地区噪声污染的状况及其产生的原因和控制对策。
本论文通过对该区域内的交通主干道的实地调研,系统的交通噪声监测、评价、分析,总结出各路段交通工具在时间上的规律,统计出各时段的环境噪声值,得出其等效声级,研究该区域车流量及交通噪声的日变化规律及周变化规律,从而分析出武汉市关山大道道路交通噪声污染现状,并与区域环境影响噪声标准比较,判断出道路交通噪声的达标情况。全面分析此区域道路交通噪声对环境的影响。
监测结果显示,该路段道路交通噪声污染的主要车辆种类为小型客车,其次为中型客车。各监测点的噪声变化趋势基本相同,均为上下班高峰期比较严重,各监测点受到不同程度的交通噪声污染。该路段各区域环境噪声均超标,有些地段超标极其严重,严重影响了周围的学生学****工作人员办公,以及居民的生活。因此对中北路交通噪声提出相应可实施的控制对策,达到降低该路段交通噪声污染的目的。
