文档介绍：本科生毕业设计(论文) I 摘要伴随着经济建设不断发展, 我国的建筑体制不断的深化改革, 建筑企业面临的风险较从前相比越发突出。如何处理项目中存在的风险成为一个建筑企业需要认真思考的紧要问题。工程项目建设过程是一个周期长、投资大、技术要求高、系统复杂的生产消费过程, 所以大量的随机因素存在并不断地变化, 必须从思想上确立风险意识、重视风险问题, 对建设工程施工风险进行主动预防和控制, 即进行工程项目施工风险管理。由于受多种不确定性事件的影响而存在的各种潜在风险,准确识别和有效的处理,对顺利完成项目施工任务都具有重要意义。本文通过对建筑工程项目的风险管理分析,在施工中引入风险管理的重要性, 就建筑工程项目中存在的风险进行探讨并对其分类、识别, 并用案例分析讲明如何进行风险管理,对施工项目风险管理有了进一步的了解和认识,同时也应用多种办法减少了施工企业风险的发生,从而保证了劳动者的人身安全并减少了企业的损失,使企业达到了最大的收益。关键词: 施工项目项目风险风险管理本科生毕业设计(论文) II Abstract With the continuous development of economic construction and deepen reform of building industry, many building enterprise face more and more dangers, Sohow to deal with these problems in the project has became a critical question which we should think carefully. Work progress ofa construction project isa productive and consumption progress ofa long cycle, big investment and high technical requirments. A mass of random factors are constantly changeable. We must have the risk awareness, pay a attention to the risk problems and prevent and control initiatively. That is construction project risk management. Because the affect of indeterminancy, there exist many different kinds of potiental risks,distinguish and deal it exactly and effectively. It is very important to plish the construction essfully. This artical tell ushow to process the risk management by analysing the risk management of constructional engineering project, introducing the importance of risk management in constructing, discussing and classifying the risk in building construction works by means of the real case. So that we can have a deep understanding for risk management of construction item. Meanwhile, it reduces the risk of construction by many different methods. Thereby, it guarantee the worker ’s personal safety, decrease the loss of the enterprise and help the establishment make maximal profit.
