摘要:行政管理、行政管理学与“以人为本”,是三个不同概念的命题。行政管理指的是国家行政机关对各级行政部门进行的管理;行政管理学指的是对行政管理学科进行的研究;“以人为本”指的是在从事某项工作时考虑的对象必须以人为中心,不能脱离人这个根本。但是,在实际工作中,行政管理、行政管理学与“以人为本”却并非完全相互融合、相互统一,有时甚至是相互对立的。

行政管理、行政管理学与“以人为本”,是三个不同概念的命题。行政管理指的是国家行政机关对各级行政部门进行的管理;行政管理学指的是对行政管理学科进行的研究;“以人为本”指的是在从事某项工作时考虑的对象必须以人为中心,不能脱离人这个根本。但是,在实际工作中,行政管理、行政管理学与“以人为本”却并非完全相互融合、相互统一,有时甚至是相互对立的。
之所以有这个话题,缘于笔者有幸参加了某大学行政管理高级研修班学习,聆听了专家、学者、教授的授课,对教授们提出的一些问题进行了思考,获得了自己的一些见解,特别是在一些重大理论问题上,有了自己更为独特的见解
