文档介绍：摘要~幽墼一农村中小学校长专业发展的个案研究成人教育学专业研究生:蒋连发指导教师:王芳摘要校长对于当今学校的管理和教育发展起着非常重要的作用,因为一个学校的办学质量与校长的专业水平密切相关。当今农村地区义务教育质量不高,与城区相比还有一定的差距,农村中小学校长的专业水平不高是重要因素之一。因此,采取有效的措施促进农村中小学校长的专业发展具有重要意义。本研究主要采用观察和访谈的方法深入农村中小学对四位不同任职年限的校长及部分教师、学生、家长进行交流,从不同的角度对农村中小学校长的专业发展状况进行个案研究,并针对存在的问题提出一些建议。本研究共分为五个部分: 第一部分:主要介绍研究背景、研究目的及意义、核心概念的界定、研究方法,并根据相关文献资料对国内外关于校长专业发展的研究成果进行总结。第二部分:主要介绍终身教育理论和校长专业发展阶段理论。第三部分:主要分析农村中小学校长的专业内涵。第四部分:主要通过校长的成长背景、专业理念、专业能力、专业知识、专业伦理和自我专业发展意识等方面对四位校长进行个案研究并进行比较。第五部分:在研究的基础上,从经费投入、校长管理制度、专业培训和自主学习等方面提出一些促进农村中小学校长的专业发展的建议,为提高校长的专业水平提供一定地参考。关键词:农村;中小学校长:专业发展;个案研究; The case study ofprofessionaldevelopment ofthe headmasters inprimary andsecondary schoolsinrural area Major:Adult Education Postgraduate:JiangLianFa Tutor:WangFang The headmaster plays averyimportant roleforthedevelopment ofeducation andmanagement ofschool,because theschool quality of aschool closely related totheprofessional rural pulsory education quality not good,but thecity oftheimportant factors thattheheadmaster's professional levelofrural area ,to takeeffective measures asignificant roleinpromoting professional development ofheadmaster ofruralprimary andsecondary schools.
